Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pevra's services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Eligibility
You must be able to provide a valid NIN and meet any applicable age and legal requirements to use Pevra's services.
Our Services
Pevra provides a verified phone identity, telecom services including number provisioning and eSIM activation, and a built-in wallet for accessing services using PEV, our platform token.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Report any unauthorised access immediately. Account recovery is available through the process described in the app.
PEV Token
PEV is a utility token used exclusively to access services within the Pevra platform. It is not sold or offered as an investment product or security.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Pevra for unlawful activity, to attempt to circumvent identity verification, or to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.
Call Shield and Flagging
Numbers may be flagged for verified criminal activity through our review process. If you believe a flag on your number is incorrect, you may appeal within 90 days as described in our Solutions page.
Limitation of Liability
Pevra provides its services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Pevra is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pevra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
